DATA AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT MANAGER for Sierra Cascade Family Opportunities. 40 hrs/wk, 52 wks/yr. Annual salary starts based on $36.64-38.88 per hour, plus medical and retirement benefits and generous vacation time. Possession of BA degree, minimum, in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related field required, including 2 years experience in program management. Position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing comprehensive data plan; conduct a variety of analytical activities; ensure continuous quality improvement; IT technical assistance; overall quality control and guidance to printed forms and manuals. Head Start and State Preschool experience preferred. Applicant must be visionary, an effective communicator and support a team approach to service delivery. Plumas County

Two (2) TEACHER AIDES for Sierra Cascade Family Opportunities, in Quincy at the Quincy Head Start Center. One position 27.5 hrs/wk, second position 40 hrs/wk, 43 wks/yr. $17.76-20.60/hr. Selected candidates will assist in operation of a preschool classroom. Must be 18 and possess a high school diploma or GED; 12 units Early Childhood Education preferred, including; child growth and development; child, family and community; and program curriculum, and six months work experience in a licensed child care center, bilingual skills desirable.
